Visit to the dentist?

Russian photographer Yulia Sundukova, a 36-year-old traveler from Moscow, happened to be in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area of Tanzania late in 2016, and captured these photos of a Red-billed Oxpecker  spending several minutes cleaning a giraffe's teeth.   The giraffe was rather impatient with the feathered dental technician and had difficulty dislodging the bird.   In fact, the oxpecker was likely looking for seeds or bugs or even blood from a cut or wound in the giraffe's mouth.
