Green Heron
Butorides virescens
The photo above shows a Green Heron on the upper right and a juvenile American Bittern on the lower left.
The Green Heron above is holding a very tiny fish in its bill.
Green Heron shares the pond with nearby Painted Turtle.

Nice photo with the Bittern. Their sound is easy to identify but I think in all the years I've only seen one once.
