Backyard bird count update

A Hairy Woodpecker (Picoides villosus), a female, finally showed up at the birdfeeders today, with just 18 days left in winter.   She brings the number of winter species seen to 16.   The large numbers, on the right, show the total individuals of a species, seen at one time.   Species in red is the most recent species added to the list.
