Recognize this springtime migrant?

It's a female Agelaius phoeniceus*

* Red-winged Blackbird

The female and male Red-winged Blackbird raise two or three broods per season, usually building a new nest for each clutch.   The female in nesting mode is often hard to see and/or recognize because of her feather pattern and colour, and her nest is hidden in growing marsh grasses or reeds.  After the breeding season, these birds usually gather with others of their kind and flocks can number in the hundreds of Thousands, even millions.
