I spent a couple of hours looking for bluebirds on Thursday of this week, but found none. I swept across lower King Township between Bathurst Street and the 11th Concession of King. I finished up at the Cold Creek Conservation Area, where I took the picture (at right) of one of the many birdboxes there. There have been several reports of bluebirds already in southern Ontario, but they are making me blue. Patience Barry, patience...
