Young Bald Eagles
Vancouver Island photographer, and frequent guest contributor to this blog, Dave Kemp, captured an assortment of west coast birds on Thanksgiving Day including the two young Bald Eagles above and the Scoter below.
Other holiday birds included the Kingfisher above and the Black Turnstones (Arenaria melanocephala) below.
