Not surreal birds - but 5" mayflies...

Freshly hatched Tisza Mayflies (above) crowd the surface of the River Tisza, near Tiszacsege in north-east Hungary.   The Tisza is the longest mayfly in Europe - up to 12 cm...almost 5".
