Northern Harrier (Circus cyaneus)

The male Northern Harrier is my personal choice of most attractive hawk.   I am particularly taken with the male's overall gray colouring, black wing tips, white rump and belly, plus its long tail.
Northern Harriers (formerly called "Marsh Hawk") are best known by their shape, low slow flight, and wings angled up in a shallow V.
I'm also rather partial to their owl-like facial disc.
Please comment if you wish.
