White-throated Sparrow

Whither the White-throated Sparrow? Last year's first White-throated Sparrow arrived in the backyard on April 11th. It's now May 1 and still no 'White-throats'. April's weather this year left a lot to be desired, but surely these attractive little birds will show up soon. I haven't seen a White-crowned Sparrow either, although they usually arrive a few days after the 'White-throats'. Patience, Barry .... patience.
