Rufous-bellied Thrush (Turdus rufiventris)

National bird of Brazil 

The Rufous-bellied Thrush is a songbird 0f the thrush family.   Its distribution covers most of eastern and south-eastern Brazil from the states of Maranhao south to Rio Grande do Sul, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and central regions of Argentina.   It is the national bird of Brazil and was officially designated in October, 2002.
