I drove up into the Holland Marsh on the last day of 2019 hoping to spot a Snowy Owl but was disappointed. The best I could do was Mallard ducks on the Holland River at the outlet of the Art Janse Pumping Station on the canal (photo below). Hoping for better luck in the new year.
