One wonders about birds in chaotic Venezuela...

A Blue and Yellow Macaw (Ara ararauna), a.k.a. the Blue and Gold Macaw,  flies through the Chacao neighbourhood in Caracus, Venezuela.   Let's hope birds in this troubled country are less troubled than citizens.
